BalloonistaKC: Terms and Conditions Summary
Agreement & Acceptance: By paying your invoice in full and once the payment has cleared, you secure your event date and formally agree to all Terms and Conditions set forth in this document.
Media Consent: Completion of payment grants BalloonistaKC consent to capture and use media of the installation for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Color & Customization: Each service includes a standard palette of up to three colors. Requests for additional colors or premium finishes (such as Chrome, Pearl, or Reflex) will incur additional material fees.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Requests for date changes must be submitted in writing at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability. In the event of a cancellation, 50% of the total invoice is non-refundable.
Outdoor Installations: While we use professional-grade materials, BalloonistaKC is not liable for decor affected by uncontrolled climate conditions, such as extreme heat, wind, or rain. Clients are advised to have an indoor contingency plan.
Venue & Access: It is the client’s responsibility to verify that the venue permits helium balloons and tall structures. We require a minimum installation window of 2.5 hours prior to the event start time.
Equipment & Ownership: All support structures (frames, stands, and bases) remain the property of BalloonistaKC. The client is responsible for the replacement cost of any equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged.
Safety & Liability: Balloons present a suffocation hazard; children under the age of eight must be supervised at all times. Inhaling helium or misuse of equipment can lead to serious injury, and the client assumes all liability for such misuse.
Signature Branding: As a mark of authenticity and professional attribution, BalloonistaKC will apply a small, discreet signature decal to each major decor element.
